Job Description (Tasks)
The Program Manager for Strategy Deployment is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and tracking progress to deliver on strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:
o Collaborate with senior management to understand the organization’s strategic objectives and translate them into actionable initiatives.
o Develop a comprehensive program plan that outlines key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for strategy deployment.

Cross-functional Coordination:
o Assemble and lead cross-functional teams responsible for executing various strategic projects.
o Foster collaboration and communication among team members to ensure alignment with the strategic plan.
o Monitor resource utilization and suggest measures necessary to meet project goals of all strategic initiatives.

Performance Measurement:
o Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the progress and impact of strategy deployment initiatives.
o Regularly monitor and report on the performance of projects and programs to senior management.

Risk Management:
o Identify potential risks and challenges that could impact the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
o Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address unexpected issues.
Change Management:
o Ensure that the organization’s employees understand the strategic direction and are engaged in the deployment process.
o Develop change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition.
o Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Communication and Reporting:
o Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
o Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, including progress updates, issues, and recommendations.

Continuous Improvement:
o Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement within the strategy deployment process.
o Leverage feedback and data to optimize the program management approach.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Engineering qualifications would be an added advantage).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • A hunger to make things happen – Execution of the strategy
  • Strong understanding of strategic planning and execution processes.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Change management experience with risk appetite.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • German speaking skills would be a plus.
