Global Master Data Domain Manager – Business Partner Domain (d/f/m)
We are looking for a Global Master Data Domain Manager to strengthen our Data Management activities. As part of our ERP Roadmap program you will be driving the integration of processes and data ensuring its quality and process performance. The main focus of this role covers the Business Partner domain introduced as part of the ERP Roadmap transformation.
This role is also available with reduced weekly hours and an adapted scope of tasks.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Acts as expert on Master Data Management and is end to end responsible for the Business Partner domain (e.g. Customer, Supplier, Manufacturer)

Provides guidance to Business and Digital teams and major transformation programs on Master Data Management

Conducts in-depth analysis, targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the processes, data structures and business requirements in a complex environment

Provide guidance to Data Stewards in the and Master Data specialists

Designs the data lifecycle, related maintenance processes and data standards aiming at process efficiency, data quality and automation

Defines migration concepts for Business Partner Data creating a single source of reference for all Business applications (ERP, CRM, PLM etc.)

Identifies pain points in business functions on the Business Partner domain, adapts the governance, designs the functional specification and plans the adoption of the related applications, especially on SAP Master Data Governance.

Manages the overall deployment roadmap of SAP Master Data Governance as part of the S/4 HANA transformation program.

Support the Digital project manager in stakeholder management within the S/4 HANA transformation program and defines the requirements and specification of SAP Master Data Governance functionalities in collaboration with IT experts
Desired skills and qualifications

Completed master’s degree in business or information management and more than 5 years of professional experience

Passion for data and related data management concepts (Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Master Data Management)

Work experience related to master data management with a functional and conceptual point of view

Proven multi-year expertise in SAP MDG with a focus on concepts and functional design

Knowledge of Business Partner Data Model and connected business processes and data landscape

Knowledge of data models of additional business applications is an advantage (e.g. Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Windchill, SAP ME, SAP GTS)

Basic understanding of data analysis / migration tools is a an advantage (e.g. Alteryx, SAP Data Services / Information Steward)

Know-how in process design and mapping

Fluent in English. Additional language (German, French, Spanish) is an advantage
